Processing Lead Time

All orders are processed for delivery within 2 days, and an additional 3 to 10 working days to reach you via our shipping partners depending on your location. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is out for delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 2:30 PM will be processed on Monday. Any orders placed during Public Holidays will processed on following working day. 

West Malaysia Delivery

We offer free shipping for every order which meets the minimum order requirement. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays) 
All orders are shipped from our Malaysia office via Poslaju, unless otherwise stated. (https://www.pos.com.my/) 

East Malaysia Delivery 

We offer a flat shipping fee for every order below 1kg to East Malaysia.
